2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. LUJANÉ™ formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We avoid harsh additives and prioritize calming, nourishing ingredients to keep your skin feeling its best. However, as everyone's skin is different, we always recommend patch-testing a small amount on your inner arm before full use. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

3. Is LUJANÉ™ cruelty-free and vegan?

LUJANÉ™ is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We never test on animals at any stage of production. While many of our products are vegan, select formulas such as our Whipped Tallow Renewal Balm and Snail Mucin Advanced Repair Serum include animal-derived ingredients that have been traditionally used for their skin-supportive properties. All non-vegan products are clearly labeled, and we are committed to transparency in everything we offer.

4. Where are your products made?

All LUJANÉ™ products are created in the United States in facilities that follow clean beauty best practices. We work closely with our partners to ensure every batch meets our quality standards for safety and freshness. From start to finish, your skincare is handled with care.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. 6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for any unopened and unused items. If something doesn’t work for you, we’ll gladly help make it right—whether that’s through a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Opened skincare may not be eligible for return due to hygienic safety, but feel free to reach out to our team so we can find a solution. 7. Can I edit or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly so it gets to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please email us at info@lujaneco.com within 1 hour of placing your order and include your order number with “URGENT ORDER CHANGE” in the subject line. After that window, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order—but we’ll do our best to help!

8. Are your jars recyclable?

Yes. LUJANÉ™ glass jars and PET bottles are recyclable in most areas. To recycle properly, rinse out the container and remove any droppers or pumps before disposal. We encourage sustainable practices and are exploring future refill options to reduce packaging waste even further.
