At LUJANÉ, we are committed to delivering your skincare essentials quickly, reliably, and with care.

Please review the details of our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Want LUJANÉ delivered to your country? Email us at lujanebeauty25@gmail.com and we’ll notify you if international delivery becomes available.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping

  • Timeframe: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and location

Expedited Shipping

  • Timeframe: 2 business days after processing

  • Cost: $4.95 flat rate

  • FREE for orders over $50

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • During sales, holidays, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.


4. Estimated Delivery Windows

Expedited 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not yet received, please allow 24 hours as delivery may be slightly delayed. If still undelivered after that time, contact us at lujanebeauty25@gmail.com.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

  • Please use a physical residential or business address at checkout.

  • Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer; expedited shipping may not be available.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

  • Damaged Items: Email us clear photos of the damage as soon as possible. We’ll review and issue a replacement or refund based on product availability and your preference.


8. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to change your address? Email us right away. We’ll do our best, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.

  • Want to cancel an order? Reach out immediately. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
