✦ Our Promise

At Lujané™, your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our skincare. While our formulas are crafted with care and intention, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. If that’s ever the case, we’ll do our best to make it right—within the guidelines outlined below.


✦ Return Eligibility

Timeframe

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your package is marked “Delivered.”
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for an extended 45-day return window to accommodate holiday gifting.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • The safety seal must be intact

  • We cannot accept returns of any opened or used products, unless damaged in transit or defective


✦ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., printed bottles)

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Complimentary gifts (such as promotional bundle bonuses)

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloads)

  • Gift cards


✦ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at lujanebeauty25@gmail.com include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges

  • We may request the item be returned before sending a replacement


✦ How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at lujanebeauty25@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for your return or exchange

  2. If your request meets eligibility, we will provide:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

    • Instructions for sending your return

  3. Ship the product securely to the address below. Include your RMA and proof of purchase in the package:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking confirmation.


✦ Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to your choice (changed mind, incorrect item ordered, etc.), you cover return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, product defect, transit damage), we cover return shipping in full


✦ Refund Timing

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method

  • Store credit or gift card refunds are issued immediately upon approval


✦ International Orders

  • We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return

  • Duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable
