At Lujané™, your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our skincare. While our formulas are crafted with care and intention, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. If that’s ever the case, we’ll do our best to make it right—within the guidelines outlined below.
✦ Return Eligibility
Timeframe
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your package is marked “Delivered.”
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for an extended 45-day return window to accommodate holiday gifting.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

The safety seal must be intact

We cannot accept returns of any opened or used products, unless damaged in transit or defective

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final Sale or Clearance items

Complimentary gifts (such as promotional bundle bonuses)

Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloads)

Gift cards
✦ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges

We may request the item be returned before sending a replacement

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking confirmation.

If the return is due to your choice (changed mind, incorrect item ordered, etc.), you cover return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, product defect, transit damage), we cover return shipping in full
✦ Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method

Store credit or gift card refunds are issued immediately upon approval
✦ International Orders

We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only

International orders are final sale and not eligible for return

Duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable
